The makers of Patang have officially announced that the film will release in theatres worldwide on December 25th as a Christmas special. The film is a sports comedy set in the lively and competitive world of kite flying bringing a fresh and new idea to Telugu cinema.
Today the trailer was released and it is filled with youthful energy and colorful visuals. The story revolves around a kite competition where love becomes the great prize. Preethi Pagadala plays Aishwarya who finds herself caught in a unique and interesting situation.
The film begins on a warm note by showing the strong friendship between two close friends, played by Pranav Kaushik and Vamsi Pujith. As the story progresses, their friendship slowly turns into rivalry. The trailer keeps viewers curious about who will win the competition and who will win love.
With fun moments, engaging background music and impressive visuals, the trailer sets the right mood. Directed by debutant Praneeth Prattipati, Patang features a strong cast including Anu Hassan, S.P. Charan, Vishnu Oi and others, with cameo appearances by Gautham Menon and SS Kanchi.
